- Prices and items are subjected to change and prevailing GST.
- Self-collection is available for all orders. Delivery is available for cake orders above $50 and party pack orders above S$100, delivery is FREE for any orders above S$200. Please refer to delivery chart below for more info.
- Delivery Charge: S$30 per trip. An additional delivery charge of S$10 per trip applies for deliveries to Sentosa, Pasir Ris and Changi. Delivery hours are from 11am to 5pm daily. Delivery after the delivery hours can be arranged at request, subjected to availability of our drivers and $20 surcharge. Please refer to delivery chart below for more info.
- FOR SELF-COLLECTION (collection on the next day) – Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
*Not applicable on Public Holidays, customised cakes or cakes larger than 1kg
- FOR DELIVERY – Orders must be made 2 working days in advance. Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. Payment must be made via cheque (cheque made payable to Swiss-Bake Pte Ltd), or made online during order with VISA or MASTERCARD.
*Not applicable on Public Holidays and cakes larger than 1kg
- For Party Packs - Orders must be made 2 working days in advance. Delivery/ Self-Collection for Party Packs 1 to 10 and 15 to 19 can only be made after 11am. Serviettes will be provided upon request; disposable cutleries and plates are available at additional cost. Food is best consumed within 2 hours of delivery/collection. Prices and items are subjected to change. Not valid with other promotions, discounts, VIP Cards or vouchers.
- For Wedding/ Customized/ 3D Cakes – Orders must be made 5 working days in advance. Orders must be made from Monday-Friday* before 4pm. Orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. Not valid with other promotions, discounts, VIP Cards or vouchers.
- For Baby Beginnings – Orders must be made 5 working days in advance. A Minimum order of 10 boxes, of the same type is required.
- We deliver only within Singapore, delivery is not applicable for Jurong Island and other locations not in mainland Singapore.
- Delivery is not available from 20 December to 26 December and Chinese New Year 9 February to 13 February 2013.
